Class C roof recoating

I have an old class C. It doesn't leak, but the roof has been coated before, and is now worn in spots. After I untarp it in the spring and the temps are warmer I think I'll have to recoat it with elastomeric paint. Any tips on this process? Also, it says in the manual that the roof is one piece. Does this mean I only have to paint the perimeter, or should I just do the whole roof? Should I paint this up over the caulking around the roof openings? Should I use a roller, a brush, both or some thing else? Again, any tips or advice would be appreciated.

Brush and roller...whichever is easier.
Do the whole roof.
Make damn sure the roof is clean before you apply any paint and then just go to town on it.

Look back a few threads where Rubberhammer but some type of coating on his roof. I used the cheap stuff (Camco from Walmart) and it has seemed to cut down on the black streaks on the side of the trailer. I clean my roof twice a year but now in it's starting to get more and more stained and is harder to clean. Think I'm going to keep on coating it as I might have gotten the cheaper kind of roof. That or every minute of every day being in the sun it is beating on it pretty badly.
